SQ Flash Memory Card from Xmultiple

Flash memory cards are going into small and ultra-small modes. Xmultiple is releasing the SQ flash memory card with USB adapter for longer usability thanks to the four contact pads on all sides of the card. Apparently they have found a way to double the speed (so they say) and to have a 4 times longer life. However the card is no magic, and is actually easy to lose by being so small.

They promise two models. One 2GB model with 32.4MBps read and 21.5MBps write speeds, and the 1GB model with 24MBps and respectively 12MBps. They are also announcing a future 4GB model, but not enough data about that.
