Posted February 6th, 2007 by Marius Trusculescu

Portable hard drives are in a competition with the USB sticks for providing storage on the go. As they both have their advantages and disadvantages there is no clear winner and there’s a place for both of them on the market for now.The Mini Cube A-Data USB portable drive

Looking at the dimensions of the device (44.5×49.5×12 mm -1.75″x2″x0.5″) and on the design of the device it’s obvious to us that A-Data product is definitely a winner. The Mini Cube (as it was branded by A-Data) packs 12 GB of storage capacity, USB 2.0 connectivity, and a one -touch button for synchronizing your data and you may also find the auto backup function useful.

Overall this seems a great idea for those who want a portable storage devices with slightly little more capacity than USB Flash sticks and a stylish slick design.
