Sumvision has released a budget PMP called Opus II. It is the successor of Opus, a 1GB media player. Sumvision Opus II has evolved up to 4GB of storage. If you look the picture you will find something familiar. Its design is inspired by the market leader - the iPod. The 1.5″ screen has 65k colors. Opus II is a video player, photo and text viewer and even a FM radio.
The manufacturer created a cheap device which offer good performance. Opus II supports a wide range of audio files (MP3, WMA, WMV, ASF and WAV) that can be uploaded via USB connection. You don’t need to worry about the batteries because Opus II has an internal lithium-polymer rechargeable battery. When it is connected to the PC, Opus II will recharge. The device doesn’t need any software for installation because it will be seen like a Removable Disk Drive. The price is really impressive - only £59.
