This is a lesser known name in the MP3 market and they have a range of attractive video MP3 players. This model features a really stylish curved design and sits comfortably in the palm of the hand. The 3.3 inch AMOLED display is awesome, it features a resolution of 480 x 272, up to 16 million colors and it turns electronic signals into video 1000 times faster than a conventional LCD. The simple interface can be navigated easily with the touch screen which is highly durable.
The device supports AVI and WMV video formats with codec support for Xvid SP/ASP and WMV9 SP/MP. You can also tilt it to switch to 16:9 widescreen. For audio the Cowon S9 supports MP3, WMA, OGG, FLAC, WAV and APE formats and when you play music the display can show track info and lyrics. There are various audio enhancements, a built in FM radio and recorder, photo viewer, Bluetooth functionality, digital clock with alarm and a flash player. A single charge will give you 11 hours of video or 55 hours of music. It is currently selling for around $225.
