Archos 605 Wi-Fi Portable Media Player

This handheld Wi-Fi device lets you stream or download media content from the PC or internet and comes with 80GB of memory. It has a 4.3 inch color touch screen with a resolution of 800×480 and you can use it to browse the net, watch movies and television or listen to music. It supports a fair range of formats including MPEG4, AVI, WMV, MP3, CBR, VBR, WMA and WAV.
You can charge it via a USB connection or use the separate adaptor and it also has a headphone jack. It weighs in at 9.17 ounces and measures 4.8×3.2×0.6 inches. The software updates automatically and there are a bunch of potentially handy widgets including a calculator, a currency converter and a consolidated news source. It can also be used to record television or movies and play them back on your TV if you buy the separate DVR Station. There are 30GB and 120GB varieties as well but the 80GB version currently costs $240.
