This speaker and docking system is actually designed especially for use with Sansa MP3 players. The full range twin bass enhanced neodymium speakers offer crystal clear sound. There is also a built in FM radio with a number of programmable presets and naturally there is an alarm clock and sleep timer function. The easy to read blue glow of the LED gives you the time at a glance and it’s quite a stylish and minimalist design.
You can plug it in or use 3 AAA batteries. The batteries will give you about 24 hours of usage. There is an auxiliary input jack so you could use this speaker system with a number of devices. The dock will give you full access to your Sansa player and recharge it. The radio antenna is a wire, like most bedside radio alarm clocks. The sound quality for such a portable, compact system is great and at $78.28 this is an attractive device.
