Glass Keyboard with Camers instead of Keys

Posted June 13th, 2008 by Alex Ion

Glass keyboard concept

I’m pretty sure this concept won’t get to see the light, it’s good to see one every once in a while. Designer Kong Fanwen came up with what seems to be the ideal keyboard and though it’s not the most practical I’ve ever seen, the “No-key keyboard” concept sure looks great. It uses the latest motion capture technology to watch your fingers’ movement and keystrokes, because this little one has cameras instead of keys.

The things I would enjoy most about Kong’s concept keyboard is that it is waterproof (and I can spill tea or coffee) and comes with some snazzy lighting options to find those non-existent keys in the dark.
