XDA Zinc - O2 delaying release for MarchThe 3G phone from from O2, XDA Zinc was supposed to hit the stores in January 2007 but the release date have been pushed back to March 2007. Long waited and already presented by O2 Asia the new XDA Zinc comes with a QWERTY slide-out keyboard and is powered by a 520MHz PXA 270 processor, 64MB RAM, 128MB ROM, with a 2.8 inch screen featuring 65k colors and a QVGA resolution.

Based on the Windows Mobile 5.0 the XDA Zinc has Excel, Word, PowerPoint or Media Player applications and the 165 grams pocket PC measures 190 x 58 x 23mm. The 2 megapixel camera that would take good quality snapshots with the built-in autofocus, MiniSD memory card slot, WiFi Bluetooth, Infrared port or miniUSB connectivity. Still no price reference so far. Let’s hope they don’t change the release date again.
