Samsung Propel

One of the newest, most exciting phones recently released for AT&T customers is the new Samsung Propel. It is one of the smallest phones on the market to have a sliding full QWERTY keyboard tucked behind its screen. Many people in the market for a new phone have expressed their desire for a full keyboard (for text messages and emails). However, phones with external keyboards such as the Blackberry are seen as less attractive and are more prone to damage to the keyboard. Another major feature of the Samsung Propel is that it runs on the much faster 3G network. Unlike the Juke, the Samsung Propel utilizes GPS technology from AT&T for delivering accurate directions, and maps right to your phone.
This allows for video and picture messages to be sent without infamous lag of older networks. One potential problem with this phone is the size of the buttons on the keypad may be too small for large hands or older people. Since teens and young adults are the most likely to send and receive text messages, the button sizes shouldn’t be too big of a problem. Perhaps future versions of the Propel should incorporate touch screen technology to the front screen for enhanced usability. Young people will also appreciate the many colors the Samsung Propel comes in, from green to black to red. This product will likely be a fast-seller during the holiday shopping season.
