Samsung SCH i760 is approved by the FCC

Posted April 23rd, 2007 by Alex Ion

This is a message targeted to those enjoying mobile phones that live in the U.S. because we have news for you. The FCC approved Samsung i760 to be released in the States. Verizon has it in their garden and will be the one selling it. I think you would be more interested in some brief specs. Here we go!

Samsung i760 works on Windows Mobile 6 and comes with a slide-out QWERTY keyboard has Bluetooth 2.0 and EV-DO support. The slider puts the dialpad on a side and the keyboard under so that you don’t mistype. It’s a nice mobile phone that I think is very well suited as an intelligent phone and will do well when they start selling it this year in the USA. The phone is hte SCH not SGH, just a heads up.

The SGH is not for release in the US and has a different radio and layout.
