myMobileTV from Sagem

You know Sagem, the mid-level cellphones producer. Probably you held in your hand one of the phones from myX series. Sagem is producing budget phones, not so sophisticated but very good in quality. Lately, they considered it was about time to catch the market’s attention with some hi-tech products. The 3GSM exposition in Barcelona was the perfect moment to demonstrate that Sagem can offer competitive mobiles. One of the cellphones unveiled at 3GSM is myMobileTV cellphone.
The clamshell phone is capable of TV playback through DVB-H broadcasting service. The spin and rotate display will offer excellent viewing experience. myMobileTV has an internal 240×320 pixels resolution 262k colors QVGA screen with IPS technology which will maintain the best image contrast and brightness no matter of the viewing angle or light conditions. It also has an external display with 72×96 pixels resolution. myMobileTV features a 2 megapixel camera with 8x digital zoom, multimedia player, Bluetooth with stereo A2DP profile, 25MB shared memory and SD card slot. The mobile is capable of 3 hours TV playback or 5 hours of continuous talking. Sagem didn’t announce the price, but we know myMobileTV will be available in the second trimester of 2007.
