Being in a wheelchair is not something that I would want for anyone in the world, but seeing this on Gizmodo really made me think, man this wheelchair, the Gryphon Shield, just got pimped. The designer is Jesse Leaman and his ideas are right on. It has voice activation software so that he can work practically everywhere, also thanks to the laptop and WiFi connectivity or a DVD player in the front. Did I mention the guy has air conditioning? Not sure how efficient it is but it has it.

Jesse Leaman is determined to start a project to make it mainstream and offer the same upgrades you can see in the video below, to all motorized wheelchairs.
