Motorola Unveils New ….Computers

Motorola expanded its portfolio today with the ML910 Rugged Notebook and the MW810 Mobile Workstation, two mobile computers it introduced today.

The ML910 is a notebook powered by an n Intel Core Duo 1.66Ghz processor, an ATI Radeon X1400 GPU with 128 MB of dedicated graphics memory and a video capturing card. Being a fully wirelessML900 & MW800 Motorola mobile computers device, the new mobile computer can accommodate Bluetooth, Wirelese LAN (local area network), WAN (wide area network) and GPS. A special heating mechanism is included for making sure the hard drive will start in extreme cold conditions, and a special array of sensor will monitor the state of the device.

The MW810 Mobile Workstation is a new platform dedicated at providing impressive connectivity. Motorola sees the three (separate display, CPU and keyboard) piece design of the MW810 as an advantage over competition. This product features an internal GPS module and there is even the possibility of adding an optional Dead Reckoning GPS module.

Both the MW810 and the ML910 will be showcased at FOSE 2007 so customers interested in the devices may want to visit Washington D.C. Convention Center during the 20-22 March event.
