Asus A8Jr With ATI Mobility Radeon X2300

This week Asus announced the new A8Jr notebook which will be the first such a device to benefit from the astonishing imaging effects of the new ATI Mobility Radeon X2300. Apparently this move comes as a response to the increase in demand of high power gaming laptops that offer similar performances to the ones desktops provide.

Asus A8Jr notebookThe new high-end GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) is not alone in the search for better performance, as customers can choose from a wide variety of Intel Core Duo processors, the best available today, for providing the computing power of the A8Jr. The connectivity of this device is covered by 5 USB ports, a card reader, an Ethernet connector, Bluetooth v2.0 and wireless WiFi 802.11 a/b/g adapter to name just a few.

High definition content is of course supported by this laptop and the multimedia features also include a built-in high resolution camera and a microphone for providing great quality comunications. You can also turn the A8Jr notebook into a device that can stream content directly to your home entertainment unit using the TV-Out and DVI ports if you are not satisfied by the 14″ LCD display and the built-in speakers.
