What do you need for your GPS device? Simplicity, we know. V7 NAV720 is a new GPS unit that wants to keep it simple and basic. It’s an update for NAV700 with Bluetooth Hands Free Calling and is Traffic Messaging Channel ready. However, they are great additions because many find them useful, but other than these two, nothing else is new. The same 4-inch LCD touchscreen display with the 480 x 272 resolution, the same array of PMP, a Samsung 2440 400Mhz processor for directions and the Sirf III-Chip (Sirfstar III GPS receiver). It also offers JPG Picture Viewer, MPEG4 Video Viewer, MP3 Player and voice prompts
No official news about the price or when it should be available. However, Engadget says that some retailers are already selling the new V7 NAV720 for $250.
