USB Far Infra-Red Pad for Tired Geeks

Posted November 5th, 2007 by Mihnea Boiangiu

Have you ever felt pain in your wrist when using the computer? I am sure about that. Every time I spend more than five hours in front of my computer I feel tired and sometimes my wrists hurt. To solve this problem a guy invented the USB powered pad for pain relief.

USB Far Infra-Red Pad

Yes, I am not mocking up here. This gadget uses the infrared light to relief tiredness, muscle strain or even pain. In fact it warms your wrist or muscle creating a relaxing sensation. You will feel something warm up to 40°C ~ 45°C, its manufacturer says. Nevertheless, the device should be used only after a doctor’s agreement. Its users must be careful because the effect can turn bad if the USB Far Infra-Red Pad is used more than 15 minutes.

This gadget has a fan already in my person. It isn’t too pricey (only $21.99) and seems very useful. I would try it right away.
