USB data transfers with the Tornado

The Tornado I am going to write about isn’t the destructive natural phenomenon. Actually it is a useful gadget for fast data transfers between PCs. Designed like a tornado, the device File Transfer Tool from Data Drive Thru Inc. helps its users to obtain high speed transfer from a computer to another. It features a two-way USB cable and a case. When the cable is connected you will observe a flashing LED that lights.

The package contains a software program too. It looks like the Explorer and is very friendly. The software has a window for every computer. It is bi-directional, so you can drag and drop the files between the two windows.

The main advantage for the Tornado is the speed. If you don’t have a home network connection the Tornado would be perfect. It doesn’t require any skills to set up the connection and to perform the transfer. Besides, it is more faster than the regular connections.
The device is available for $60. Frankly, the price is a little higher for this USB Transfer Tool. An experienced user can choose any other cheap solutions but the speed won’t be the same. In fact, the producer has launched a competition to see if there are any other devices that would beat their transfer speeds. Nice way for marketing! - MIHNEA BOIANGIU
