The Japanese company ELSA is producing a digital TV tuner for SD card slot. The tiny device weights only 5g and measures 55×33.5×8mm. It is industry’s smallest TV tuner. The device doesn’t need to much energy to function. The Telebit TV tuner uses only 0.27W.

ELSA has equipped the gadget with a built-in antenna and one external which can extend up to 17 cm. Thus, you can get better quality TV in the areas with weak signal. Telebit TV tuner works very well with Windows XP and Windows Vista. ELSA is developing a new version compatible with Windows Mobile. That means we can have TV on PDAs or mobiles with card slots.
