N-Gage Release News

Posted February 5th, 2007 by Mihnea Boiangiu

n-gage2_270x202.jpgNokia announced their new N-Gage plans. It will come out next year, but Nokia is preparing its launching from now. What can I say? Good marketing move. Furthermore the phones running Symbian’s Series 60 operating system will be compatible with N-Gage phones. Their plans for N-Gage 2 attracted games producers attention. So, EA Mobile and Gameloft will produce games for the next generation of N-Gage.

Nokia doesn’t want N-Gage to compete with Nintendo or Sony PSP. Despite this, I think N-Gage 2 is going to be a success because the games are cheaper ($3-$5) and the access to get the games is easier.
