This 37 inch, high definition LCD from LG supports full 1080p and it boasts 70,000:1 contrast ratio and 120 Hz refresh rate. The picture is smooth and the intelligent sensor adjusts lighting and color to suit your room. You can self calibrate if you prefer. The audio system is invisible but with Clear Voice II technology you can enhance the volume of voices so they can be heard even when background noise increases. There are dedicated modes for movies, sports and gaming.
This TV also features a USB 2.0 port so you can plug in a drive and listen to MP3 files or view JPEG images. There are 4 HDMI 1.3 ports so plenty of connectivity on offer. This model also has an Energy Star 3.0 rating for minimal power use. The stylish finish is in black and the TV includes a swivel stand for easy adjustment. For well under $800 this is a reasonably priced HDTV.
