Panasonic announced its new compact camcorder SDR-S10. It will be available from May this year and it claims to be the smallest SD camcorder in the world. Panasonic SDR-S10 has a large 2.7″ LCD screen and 10x optical zoom lens. The camcorder features no moving mechanism in the recording section, according to Pocket-link. The SDR-10 features a Quick Start function which allow its users to start recording in just 1.7 seconds after the power is switched on.
The camcorder is shock resistant and water resistant. So, you will not have troubles filming a mountain or a river. The new model supports 4GB SD cards. That would be enough memory for 100 minutes of recording. Panasonic didn’t make announcements about the price.
