Oregon Scientific ATC 3K Waterproof Action Cam

This is the latest edition of the Oregon Action Cam and it is designed for outdoors use, although it can double up as a webcam. It is waterproof up to 3 meters and would be perfect for anyone intending to do some filming out in the snow this winter. There is 32 MB of internal memory and an SD memory card slot so you can expand it. It also comes with mounting accessories so you can fit it to whatever you want from a helmet to the handlebars of a bike.
It captures footage at a resolution of 640 x 480 and 30 frames per second. It features a 48 degree expanded field of view and the three button operation makes it very easy to use. It also comes with a webcam stand and software. USB and RCA cables are included and it will work with PC or Mac. The quality isn’t the greatest but for $139.99 this is about the best quality you’re going to find.
