Olympus PEN E-P1 Digital Camera

This is a 12.3 megapixel camera in a Micro Four Thirds format with an interchangeable lens. It comes with a 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 Zuiko digital zoom lens. The idea behind this device is that it is portable and blends the functionality of a DSLR (digital single lens reflex) with high definition video recording, stereo audio recording and built in tools for creativity and connectivity. The stainless steel body is light and compact with a 3 inch LCD screen.
The features are excellent with built in image stabilization, dust reduction, multiple exposures, 18 x 18 metering modes and noise reduction. The creative tools let you add effects and filters directly to shots or video footage. As well as HD footage at 1280 x 720 pixels and 30 frames per second it can also capture 24 bit/96kHz Linear PCM audio. It ships with some handy software and you get a battery and charger, USB/Video Multi cable and a shoulder strap. This device offers diverse functionality for around $800.
