This is billed as the world’s fastest digital camera for the consumer market. It has a huge number of features with enough functionality and quality to satisfy a professional photographer. The focus is on speed so it is ideal for shooting or recording fast moving action. It is a 6 megapixel camera with a 1/1.8 inch high speed CMOS sensor and built in stabilization. You can shoot up to 60 frames per second, it has a 12x optical zoom and a 2.8 inch LCD with a wide viewing angle.
The camera also has an amazing high speed movie capability which allows you to record at up to 1200 frames per second. You can record high definition footage with stereo sound. It takes SDHC memory cards, SD memory cards, MMC or MMCPlus. It has USB and HDMI ports as well as an external microphone jack, a hot shoe and an AC adapter connection. There are loads of programmable features and this camera does it all but you won’t get much change from $1000.
