27 Hours Of Video Recording With The New Panasonic Cameras

April 2007 will bring to the consumers new ways of recording all the important moments in their lives with the two new video cameras from Panasonic (SDR-H200 and SDR-H20). The devices will offer impressive recording capacities of up to 27 hours on the included 30 GB hard drives. If you ever run out of that space there is also the posibility of recording on memory cards as the camcorder feature an SD expansion slot as well.

A safety mechanism for the hard drive will detect any fall and will stop the writing heads by redirecting the data to a buffer in order to prevent damages caused by shocks. The cameras also feature 32x optical zoom and Optical Image Stabilizer, 2.7″ LCD displays, one-touch navigation and high-speed shutter (1/60-1/8000).

Coming this spring the cameras, the SDR-H20 and the SDR-H200, will be priced at $599.95, respectively $799.95.
