Victor JVC UX-DM8 - Made for iPod
Posted January 18th, 2007 by Alex Ion
Victor-JVC has a new piece of gadget to rest our eyes with, or was that our ears? The audio micro system, UX-DM8, has a 1GB built-in flash memory and features a high sound quality technology called K2. You can listen to the radio or play MP3, WMA or WAV files. With USB connectivity this audio micro system is able to talk to your computer or laptop. You can play music through it or you can copy music to the built-in memory, which even if it’s not big, it’s good to have it.
But that’s not all that you can do with it. This is a “Made for iPod” system, allowing you to connect and play music directly from your iPod. Play, pause, forward, and you get it done. The new Victor JVC UX-DM8 comes in three colors: black, white and grey. They all have standard dimensions for a micro audio system. The speakers, are looking very professional and won’t require too much room, with 140×251x234.5 mm dimensions weighting around 3.1kgs nor will the box with 210×140x259mm and about 2.4kgs.
Release date is set for middle February and they promise 10,000 units monthly. They’ve left the price open, so I wonder what we will get it for. Would the price make all the features worth it?
