This device looks like a small podium for your iPod. It is compatible with the iPod mini 1G; iPod nano 1G, 2G, 3G; iPod 3G, 4G, 5G, 5.5G, 6G; iPod touch. It will allow you to play and charge them and it even charges when the unit is off. There is also a mini-jack so you can hook up other devices. The speaker, which wraps around the base of the device, features Odyssey transducers and a Slipstream port design for a good range of sound.
There is a remote control shipped with the device and it allows full iPod control. The speaker also takes 4 AAA batteries and they will provide you with 24 hours of music, an LED will flash when power is low. This speaker dock will set you back just under $100 which is a reasonable price for the quality on offer. This is quite a stylish, compact speaker dock and it is very portable.
